Terra i Xufa held a horchata recipe raffle and, since we're huge fans, we invented one… delicious!
- Mix a cup of concentrated horchata, a cup of sugar, 2 cups of flour, 3 eggs and 2 tablespoons of baking powder.
- Spread the batter on a greased baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Heat 100 g of butter with sliced almonds and sugar.
- Take the cake out, cover it with the almond mixture and bake for another 10 minutes.
